  • What does the price include?

    The price includes all hotel facilities indicated in the hotel details page, as well as items (icons) indicated in the plan page under the hotel and room category name as "Includes:....". You may also scroll down the plan page to see the details of included items such as transfers, shuttles, sightseeing, meals, and/or spa, etc.

  • What is the difference between Hotelplus.online and other hotel booking websites?

    While other hotel booking sites offer just accommodation, we offer you travel packages (flight ticket is not included) that have extra "plus" with the best deals.
    Our travel package includes hotel, transfer, sightseeing tour (differs from package to package), and more, which will make your trip preparation much easier and hassle-free.

  • How can I pay for my reservation?

    You can make reservations using a valid credit card or paypal account.
    You will need to pay to make a booking.
    After filling out the applicant information, the "CONFIRM & PURCHASE" button will appear.
    By pressing this button, the paypal page will come up and you can choose to pay by credit card or paypal account.

  • Which credit cards can I use to complete my booking?

    Hoteplus.online accepts:
    1. MasterCard
    2. Visa
    3. Discover network
    4. JCB
    5. American Express

  • How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

    As soon as you have completed the booking process, a confirmation email will be sent to your email.
    Your confirmation includes all of your reservation details, as well as an Order#.
    Your Order# will be needed if you want to contact us before your journey.

  • Can I cancel or change my reservation through Hotelplus.online ?

    No. At this time, you cannot cancel or change your booking(s) online.
    Use "Contact Us" to send your cancel or change request.
    If your change request involves changing the check in date or number of nights, your original booking will have to be cancelled first and then rebooked with your new dates/number of nights.
    Therefore, please remember to check the cancellation policy before making any changes to your booking.
    The cancellation/change policy is written in every plan, as well as in the Schedule and Details section of the voucher sent to your email.
    Upon receiving your cancel or change request, we will process your request and you will receive a confirmation of cancel or change via email.

  • Does the hotel need a deposit or a payment in advance?

    Most hotels will require an advance deposit when you check in.
    Please prepare a valid credit card.
    If you do not have a credit card, the hotel will require you to gurantee by cash.

  • How can I contact Hotelplus.online?

    Please go to the "Contact Us" page to ask questions about the package and/or reservation, make special requests about your booking, etc.

  • Where can I find the cancellation policy of the package?

    The cancelation policy is written under the "Details" section In each package page.
    It is also written on your confirmation page.

  • Can I cancel benefits like airport transfer or sightseeing?

    Transfer from the airport to hotel upon your arrival may NOT be cancelled, as there may be documents and/or vouchers to be handed to you by our local guide.
    You are allowed to cancel sightseeing or your transfer from the hotel to airport for departure; however, please note that there will be no refunds for such cancelled portions of the package.
    If you know that you will not need sightseeing or return transfer service included in the package, please let us know beforehand via "Contact us".

Transfer Benefit

  • What is included in the airport transfer?

    All packages include a roundtrip or oneway transfer between the airport and hotel. Whether your transfer will be shared with other guests, will include a guide or just a driver, or will stop by a duty free shop on the way will all depend on your package, so please check the schedule/itinerary of the deals.

  • Is there a limit on the amount of luggage I can bring onto the transfer vehicle? Will I be able to bring a surfboard with me?

    You may bring up to one suitcase and one personal bag (per person) into our transfer vehicle.
    If you plan to bring more luggage or bring large items such as a surfboard or golf bag, we will need to prepare an appropriate vehicle to cater for your luggage size.
    Please let us know first through "Contact us," and we will inform you if there will be an additional fee for extra or large luggage.

  • Can I cancel benefits like airport transfer or sightseeing?

  • How could I use the included benefit?

    Receive the voucher when you meet our guide at the airport for transfer.
    Some benefits do not require a voucher.

  • Where can I find the 24-hour support contact number?

    Scroll down to the airport map on your confirmation page.
    There is a local contact number indicated there that you can call during your stay.

  • What kind of suport can I receive in the 24-hour support?

    Feel free to contact us for any thing from inquiries about optional tours to any concerns during your stay.

  • How do I check how much it will cost?

    Prices displayed in the search results are for one person.
    Click on a plan of your choice, and input your desired check in date to see the total price before you press the BOOK NOW button.

  • Can I search by price?

    Yes. When you input the check in and check out date and click search, a list of hotels will appear.
    From that screen you can narrow your search further by adjusting the price range.
    You can also sort hotels by selecting "sort by" Price (Low to High) or Price (High to Low).

  • Can I search for a place to stay in a specific area ?

    You can choose popular areas from the front page or search for your desired area by typing it directly into the search box.

  • What are "Featured Plans" for?

    In the search result page, you will see "Featured Plans" on the right side.
    This is a list of hotels that are in located in the same area as the hotels in your search results.

  • How do I search for places with specific facilities, such as swimming pool, parking, etc?

    After you select your destination, the dates of your stay, and number of guests, press the search button and in the next page you will see a sign of filters.
    You can refine your search by benefit, hotel rating or hotel amenities.

  • What does the price include?

  • Are the prices shown on Hotelplus.online per person or per room?

    The prices shown are for per person.
    Once inside the plan/deal page, the total price will appear on the right according to the number of guests you have entered.

  • Are taxes included in the price?

    Yes they are included.

  • Are meals included in the price?

    Some plans include meals and some don't.
    Please check the plan details and schedule/itinerary.

  • How can I find out prices for early check in and late check out?

    The rates differ by hotel.
    If you would like to make an early check-in and/or late check-out request, let us know via "Contact Us."

  • Does Hotelplus.online offer any special consideration discounts, or discounts with airline or hotel reward cards?

    No. However, we always have promotions and campaigns ready for you so you can enjoy your vacation for great low prices.

Reservation

  • When is the latest I can make a reservation?

    5 days before your check in date is usually the latest you can book, but as long as you can search it and the package is available, you can always make a reservation!

  • Do I have to pay any extra handling fees to Hotelplus.com?

    No, we do not charge any handling fees at all.

  • How can I see how much it will cost?

    Please note that the number of beds cannot be guaranteed until check in.

  • Can I make special requests such as an extra bed, baby cot, smoking room, etc?

    Please send your special request via the "Contact us" page and we will forward it to the hotel.
    Please note that some requests cannot be guaranteed until check in.
    We cannot accept smoking room requests for smoke-free hotels.

  • Which credit cards can I use to complete my booking?

  • Can I use a debit card to complete my reservation?

    No, you will need a valid credit card or paypal account to make purchases on our site.

  • Are my credit card details safe?

    Of course. Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and the Payment Application Data Security Standards (PA DSS) are applicable to our payment system to ensure the safety of customer credit card details. This is brought by the Paypal system.

  • Will you charge me for using the "Contact Us" page?

    Hotelplus.online does not charge you when you use "Contact Us."

  • How will I get answered?

    You will receive our reply via email, so please make sure you enter the correct email address when making an inquiry. Please check your spam folder if you do not hear from us after a few days.

About hotel

Confirmation

  • How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

    As soon as you have completed the booking process, a confirmation email will be sent to your email.
    Your confirmation includes all of your reservation details, as well as an Order#. Your Order# will be needed if you want to contact us before your journey.

  • I booked a hotel but did not receive a confirmation by email. What do I have to do?

    Please carefully check the inbox and spam folder of the email address you provided when making the booking.
    If you need any assistance you can let us know via "Contact us."

Cancellation/Change of a reservation

  • Can I cancel or change my reservation online?

    No. At this time, you cannot cancel or change your booking(s) online.
    Use "Contact Us" to send your cancel or change request.

    You will need to pay the cancellation fee as written in the package details and your confirmation page. You will be refunded the amount minus the cancellation fee.

  • How do I know that my booking has been cancelled?

    Once we finish the cancellation precedure, we will send you an email confirming the cancellation.
    Cancellations will be processed as soon as we received the cancel request from you.
    Please check your inbox and spam folder carefully and contact us if you have not received any email concerning the cancellation within 3 days of your request.

  • How is refunded?

    We will process the procedure, reducing the credit, or we will refund to your paypal account.
    It may take time differently by the credit card company till you can confirm the refund on card use details, the longest could be till 30 days.
